Expert activities
Tax Studies Institute consults and pronounces its opinions on a variety of document drafts, upon commission of the supreme and central administrative authorities of the Republic of Poland. As part of our output, we have prepared several draft pieces of legislation, including tax laws and secondary legislation.

   Our services include:
  • preparation of expert opinions for the Sejm and Senate (i.e. the Lower and Upper Houses of Parliament) of the Republic of Poland, public administration authorities and courts of law,
  • preparation of draft legal acts,
  • expressing opinions on draft legal acts.
